Jones Plumbing was operating in a highly competitive local market where standing out in Google search results was becoming increasingly difficult. The new approach centered on search-only campaigns targeting emergency and service-based plumbing keywords, combined with city-specific ad copy and call extensions to capture immediate demand. Proper conversion tracking was implemented using GA4 and call tracking, allowing us to optimize campaigns based on real lead data. Through continuous keyword refinement, negative keyword additions, and ad optimization, we significantly reduced wasted spend and improved lead quality, resulting in more consistent phone calls and a lower cost per lead.

Peak Performance Physiotherapy is a specialized sports medicine and rehabilitation clinic located in downtown Chicago. They provide high-end physical therapy, injury prevention, and performance coaching for competitive athletes and active professionals, priding themselves on one-on-one sessions and evidence-based recovery plans.
Peak Performance was struggling to reach their specific target audience—serious athletes and high-income professionals. While they were spending $2,500 per month on Google Ads, their traffic was mostly "information seekers" looking for free exercises or cheap, general massages. Hyper-Local Targeting: Restricted ads to a 10-mile radius of the clinic to ensure convenience for the user.
Custom Landing Pages: Directed traffic to a dedicated "Request a Discovery Visit" page instead of the homepage.
Smart Bidding: Leveraged Google’s AI-driven "Maximize Conversions" bidding after establishing a baseline of data through GA4.
Negative Keyword Scrubbing: Aggressively excluded terms like "free," "jobs," and "cheap" to filter out low-quality traffic.
As a result, Peak Performance saw a 40% increase in qualified bookings and a 22% reduction in their average cost-per-lead within the first 60 days.

Smile Dental Chicago is a premier cosmetic and family dental practice located in the heart of the Lincoln Park neighborhood. They specialize in high-value restorative procedures, including Invisalign, porcelain veneers, and dental implants, alongside comprehensive family dentistry. The practice focuses on delivering a luxury patient experience with state-of-the-art dental technology.
Smile Dental Chicago was facing intense competition from both corporate dental chains and local boutique offices.
